Very unique house, roof in major disrepair, has caused a lot of damage inside
Committee recommended house be deemed restorable.

Requesting demolition of non-original garage and build a new two-car garage, left off last month's agenda
Committee recommended approval with new carriage style metal garage door.
Asking again for vinyl windows, which was turned down in August, also Hardyboard siding to replace the asbestos siding
Committee recommended denial of both. (Suggested wood windows and wood lap siding.)

Finish out front gable (original small arched window was lost when house was moved) as before house was moved, add Victorian front door and railing.
Ribbon parking pad in front because there is no room to get a driveway down the side.

Remodel 1950's house to fit in with the neighborhood. (Staff claims Sanborn map shows house there in 1936, and recommending denial. We have deed card proof that was vacant lot in 1937, and current house was built in 1950.)
