1937 Fairmount - COA to install solar panels to cover south-facing gable roof
Committee recommended denial. (Guidelines state that mechanical equipment on roofs may not be visible from the street. Have allowed panels no more than the rear 1/4 on front-facing gabled roof in the past.)

HCLC APPROVED STARTING 17' FROM FRONT (Will be visible from the street)

 

1900 5th - COA to construct a new 1 1/2 -story house by Shawn Fite homes

Committee recommended approval.

Committee recommended approval with some provisions.

1518 Lipscomb – COA to retain inappropriate columns, roof brackets reapplied upside-down on south gable, south gable roof returns removed

Committee recommended approval of horizontal windows and garage door, Staff suggested vertical window
